| amaAmbush is a professional marimba band. The band's high energy performances have put them in a class of their own. amaAmbush has over a thousand performances to their credit. They have performed for Sir Richard Branson, Jamie Oliver, the most reverend Desmond Tutu, for Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday, for US President Barack Obama and for countless conferences, private functions, weddings and corporate events. The group is an ideal addition to any event. They can provide background atmospheric music or an energetic feature performance. Their repertoire ranges from popular African tunes such as Miriam Makeba's 'Click Song' and 'Pata Pata' to traditional songs, original compositions and African versions of Western tunes. |
